We have been thinking, this letter is long overdue. Steve and I want to thank you very much for everything you have done and continue to do to complete our home.

We met nearly four years ago on a summer Sunday. We knew right away that you could help us achieve our goals. You are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful attributes in any profession but especially valuable with all the moving pieces surrounding our remodeling project. You guided and advised and were patient with our endless questions and concerns about the process.

Although we had done many projects in our former home, that was minor league stuff! We had definitely graduated to the majors with Muirfield Court!

We hired David Schmerin of Bingham Development for a master bathroom remodel, which we love. We gutted the entire bathroom and rebuilt it. David was helpful with ideas on the layout of the new bathroom, and once I had selected all of the materials, he and his team produced a beautiful remodel. David is very easy to work with. He has good ideas, knows how to make just about anything happen in the context of remodeling and was very responsive — even on weekends. The subcontractors he hires are also very professional and respectful of our schedules. We enjoyed working with David and would hire Bingham Development LLC again.
