Established in 1995 by David Schmerin, Bingham Development is a full-service residential and commercial general contractor/builder that delivers exceptional expertise in building and remodeling while providing clients with the finest possible service and experience.

Built on a strong foundation of customer care, we strive to build strong relationships with both homeowners and partners alike. In fact, the relationship aspect is so strong that it brings clients back to us time and again.

Based in Birmingham, Bingham Development works primarily in Oakland County, Michigan. David Schmerin and his team specialize in building new homes as well as renovating older homes in some of the top-ranked communities in the country.

Our clients want to personalize their homes through custom details, including cabinetry, woodwork, and built-ins. Unique but not impractical, such touches are key, as are clean lines and a sense of warmth.
